Mono Next Public Company Limited was established in 2002 under the former name Mono Technology Public Company Limited. Starting with SMS technology business, the Company was a content provider providing game services and TV programs voting via mobile phones. Through the years, Mono has become a leading media and content conglomerate of Thailand which has a continuous growth and technological strength in mobile value added service business and the Internet business. In addition, as technology integrates with expertise in entertainment contents, the Company also operates publishing business, movie business, music business, radio business, and show biz business. Later, Mono has entered digital TV business and has become one of the top players which has proofed success in rating as well as being a renowned TV channel. Today, MONO29 ranks third of the top favorite free TV channels under the concept “Free TV with the greatest number of blockbuster movies and premium TV series”. A novelty Mono brings to TV industry is to be the supporter of sports entertainment business with competitions being held and live broadcasting of basketball leagues at all levels. The Company subsequently expands movies and series content business both locally and internationally which leads to the operations in movie business and subscription video streaming service business (Monomax). Hence, the management has set the goal and future outlook towards being the expert in entertainment, movies, and series as the core business by building teams for quality production and creating strong relationships with world class movie studios. For this reason, since 2019, the Company has restructured to firmly conform to the present business direction which focuses on the competency in local and international content management of movies and series. Recently, on August 20, 2020, the Company has registered the change of the Company’s name to Mono Next Public Company Limited
