Job description
- This roles involves working on digital and IT related projects testing codes to create new features on company flagship mobile application and e-commerce website. You will have an opportunity to gain experiences in non-life insurance purchase flow, underwriting, policy issuing and payment via payment gateway as well as claims related services. Responsibility
- Analyzing user stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with other team members and departments.
- Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression) and conduct post-release and post-implementation testing.
- Design and develop automation scripts when needed.
- Create test cases relevant to each application.
- Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies
- Report bugs and errors to development teams promptly for investigation and ensure close monitoring of defect resolution and retest.
- Provide prompt updates on testing progress and clear escalation of potential risks to UAT Project Lead.
- Provide comprehensive doc
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT related fields.
- Age 21 - 30 years old
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
- Experience in QA methodology
- Familiarity with Agile framework
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Working knowledge of test management software.
- Knowledge in SQL
- Attention to detail
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
