Job description
- Define and manage Agile transformation programs
- Define key metrics and develop an approach for capturing the benefits of the Agile approach
- Work with project teams to analyze current systems and processes and design a strategy for the sustainable adoption of agile best practices
- Define scope, timelines, value proposition for delivery planning of projects and entire Agile transformation program.
- Guide teams to help them stay on track using agile techniques, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure the overall strategy is being met, and through coaching, mentoring, teaching and facilitated learning
- Lead agile workshops and training for both development and functional teams, as well as key stakeholders
- Promote and advocate a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones and being accountable for them
- Embed Agile values and principles in the enterprise, reflected in their mindset and culture changes, ensuring the organization is at the forefront of industry best practice
- Develop strong, effective working relationships with Business Line and key stakeholders to effectively execute projects and embed Agile sustainability practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, with Agile Coaching certification
- 5+ years of experience working in Agile environments
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field required (Computer Science background a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills including influencing, facilitating, coaching, collaborating and team building
- Experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, etc)
- Can showcase examples of implementing agile techniques involving different cultures and environments
- Experience running and delivering agile projects of varying size and complexity
- An excellent communicator (written and verbal) and motivator, willing to challenge the status quo and grow your peers
- Ability to build trust and earn respect at all levels of a company
- Superb time management and prioritization skills with ability to execute multiple initiatives within a larger portfolio
- You have technical and digital acumen and an analytical mindset combined with strategic planning and organizing skills
