Job description
- Improve learning materials in the basic knowledge that employees should know.
- Improve the learning materials in the service and kitchen section (documents & video clips).
- Analysis of training needs and plan annual training (at staff level)
- Prepare documents and video clips. for new menu
- Prepare an employee assessment examination form that must be assessed through work trials.
- Design additional learning curriculum and learning tools. To develop the potential of operational staff
- Support the preparation of documents to send to the Department of Skill Development (Department of Labor/Department of Labor and Sor Sor Tor 2).
- Organize training on operational standards of service, bar and kitchen sections of operational staff according to the Training Roadmap.
- Make a plan for the development of new employees, both old and new branches. Including controlling the internship according to the program in the Training Booklet document
- Prepare work before training. care during training and summarize the results after the training is completed
- Other things as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- No gender restriction, age 26 years and over
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management or related fields
- Work experience in training 2 years or more
- Experienced as an Operations Trainer in a restaurant or hotel business
- Experienced in coordinating with the Department of Skill Development
- Can use Program Video Editor: Adobe Premiere or others as well.
- Can use Google Drive very well
