Job description

  • To uplift Agency productivity through activity, campaign, and various initiatives and manage them becoming productive ULP sellers (tier A&B)
  • To accelerate new IC to become productive ULP agents after they pass ULP excellence program of PA
  • To coach & support inactive agents to have 1st ULP case and push them selling ULP as primary products. In additional, WSS can do joint selling with agents, if needed
  • To drive rider active & production by strategic initiatives & actions which can improve agent’s ability, motivation and market of selling rider through agency leaders level

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or related fields
  • Minimum 3 year experiences in Agency Sales Management in Insurance business, Insurance Sales training
  • Strong knowledge in Life insurance and wealth products
  • Single License (IC) is a must
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Strong communication skills & interpersonal skills
  • Able to travel and work across area
