Job description
• Manage sales of products to meet the target.
• Manage your sales team to be efficient and achieve your goals. By participating in the follow-up of the sale and closing of the sale.
• Expand new customers and maintain existing customers.
• Provide advice and assist the project sales team in increasing sales.
• Presenting new products and technologies
• Achieve growth and lead sales teams to reach sales targets
• Developing, motivating and training team members to drive sales
• Design and implement a strategic sales ;lan that expand company's customer base
• Managing recruiting, objective setting, coachign and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Present monthly sales, revenue and expenses reports based on realistic forecast to the management team
• Contact, pudate and communicate with international suppliers in terms of new products update and issues.
Qualifications
- • Male or female, age not over 50 years.
- • Bachelor's degree or higher Faculty of Engineering Computer field, electronics or related
- • Experienced in managing sales team and product sales, lighting, sound and image business projects by contacting customers, project work such as government work, hotel work and experience in dealing with designers. The contractor group will be an advantage.
- • Have planning and management strategy skills
- • Have a strong leadership position and work well under pressure.
- • Own car Can work as a team• Good negotiation and coordination skills.
- • Good command of speaking, reading and writing in English (TOEIC score of 500 or more)
- • Able to solve immediate problems as well
