Job description
- Develop effective marketing and communication plans to launch/ promote NPD and promotions to grow CORE (Family with Kids/ Dinner/ Sharing Occasion) and NON-CORE (Teen and YA/ Lunch/ Snack/ Desserts & Beverage/ On-the-go occasions etc.)
- Work closely with R&D and research team to understand consumer needs/ insight and market trend to identify and deliver impactful NPD for CORE and NON-CORE
- Work with creative agency to develop cut-through advertising materials for each of the promotion calendar including TVC, OOH, in-store POP, activation, etc.
- Oversee communication and media strategy and work with media agency to develop effective media plans
- Build teamwork with internal cross-functional teams for effective project management
- Carry out any other assignments assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
- At least 3-4 years working experience in Casual Dining Restaurants(CDR), Quick Service Restaurants(QSR), FMCG, or any related industries in Marketing field
- A minimum of Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communication Arts or related field
- Experience in FMCG, Retail business or Advertising Agency
- Passion in food, love to eat and/or love exploring new food trends/restaurants
- Fluent in English and Thai. Computer literate
- Strong coaching skills to grow the team
- Ability to travel up-country and overseas some of the time
