Job description

  • Visit key account retailers to obtain feedback on products and sales quality and to provide advice, service and assistance to them on the inventory turnover management ie. retail presentation, product assortment, stock inventory management to help key account retailer sell the products more effectively and efficiently.
  • Coordinates with key account retailers under own account and concerned internal parties in checking, verifying and following up various documents relating with key account retailers under own responsibility ie. Sales orders and invoices to ensure accurateness and correctness of information and timely delivery of products.
  • Grow our shelf space / presence
  • Attends internal meetings such operation meeting, sales meeting, and attends various internal training to update self on the issues related to own responsibility
  • Conduct meeting with key account and our marketing team to present case study and business approach
  • Assists and coordinates with Sales Manager in monitoring and solving of problems with key account retailer in order to improve both parties business.
  • Observes, analyzes and reports regularly on market and competitors activities to keep and maintain an update on market.
  • Supervises budget and ensures its spent to maximize sales & profitability
  • Coordinate with PC (merchandiser) team and ensure planogram are executed to increase visibility

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Key Account Management; Modern Trade channel 
  • Familiar with consumer, FMCGs or other related sales driven business 
  • Willing to work hard and work under pressure within tight deadline, good team player, excellent problem-solving, negotiation, selling, presentation skills and fast learner.
  • Able to communicate in English both written and spoken as well as computer literacy
