Job description
- รับวางบิล - จ่ายเช็ค Suppliers
- จัดทำเอกสารจ่ายชำระเพื่อสรุปรายงานการโอนจ่าย
- ทำเช็คจ่าย และตัดชำระเจ้าหนี้ กรณีจ่ายเช็ค
- รายงานการจ่ายเช็ค/เช็คค้างจ่าย และสรุปรายงาน
- จัดทำรายละเอียดประกอบงบการเงินในส่วนที่รับผิดชอบ
- จัดเก็บเอกสารการจ่ายชำระ ประจำเดือน
- งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
- ประสานงานภายในและภายนอกแผนก
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการบัญชี และสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ทางบัญชีด้านจ่าย อย่างน้อย 1.5 ปี ขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้ทางด้านบัญชี ภาษีและการเงิน
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานและโปรแกรม MS Office รวมถึงโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปด้านบัญชีได้
- มีความสื่อสัตย์สุจริต
- สามารถรับผิดชอบงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายได้บรรลุเป้าหมายที่วางไว้และตรงต่อเวลา
- มีความอดทน อดกลั้นและทำงานภายใต้ภาวะแรงกดดันสูงได้ดี
- มีความคล่องแคล่วและไหวพริบแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีความสุภาพ เรียบร้อยและ บุคลิกภาพดี
