Job description
- Responsible for price calculation and follow up customer confirmation.
- Responsible for goods arrival acceptance, price calculation, and customer relationship maintenance.
- Be responsible for document automation and efficiency improvement in the acceptance phase.
- Trigger invoices based on milestones in a timely and accurately.
- Print and submit invoice documents in a timely manner.
- Track the customer to confirm invoice documents and accept invoices in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Thai nationality
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in related fields.
- Have analytical skills, understand statistics and data analysis.
- Know the concepts of contract, BOQ, project/sub-project, DU, PCI, packing list, MR, DN, etc.
- Able to work extra hours.
- Good English communication, Chinese speaking skill is preferred.
- Fresh graduate is welcomed.
