Job description
- Prepare, screen, and review all submitted documents as required by KYC procedures to verify customer
- Responsible for ensuring all customer records comply with Anti-Money Laundering Policy (AML)
- Handle customer queries and complaints by providing accurate, valid, and complete information
- Perform transaction reconciliation
- Perform SEC report monitoring and submission
- Assist in developing or updating standard operating procedures for company operational activities
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
- Must be conscripted or exempted from military service
- Flexible with working in day or night shifts and the possibility of working on weekends
- Salary is negotiable
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to use necessary computer programs especially Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Experience in customer service and cryptocurrency is an advantage
- Outstanding recent graduates are also welcomed to apply
