Job Descriptions
- สรรหาพนักงานเข้าปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามโครงสร้าง และทันระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
- ดูแลกฎระเบียบบริษัท ดำเนินการการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของพนักงาน เป็นไปตามกฎหมายเเรงงาน
- จัดทำข้อมูลประวัติพนักงาน ข้อมูลการเริ่มงาน การลาออก ในระบบ
- จัดทำสัญญาจ้างงาน ใบประเมินพนักงาน
- จัดทำและประสานงานการฝึกอบรมของพนักงานประจำสาขา
- ดำเนินการด้านเอกสารงานบุคคลตามแนวทางที่ส่วนกลางกำหนด
- ดูและและประสานงานในส่วนงานธุรการ งานอาคารสถานที่ และงานจัดซื้อ
- งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ระดับการศึกษาวุฒิปริญญาตรี (อายุ 35 ปีขึ้นไป๗
- มีประสบการณ์บริหารงานบุคคลทั้งระบบ และงานธุรการ 3 - 5 ปี ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารด้านกฎระเบียบบริษัท จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายเเรงงาน
- มีความสามารถในการประสานงานกับแผนกต่างๆได้ในระดับดี
- มีความกระตือรือร้น มีความรับผิดชอบ มีความอดทน และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
