Job description
- Install and upgrade Hardware HPE, Dell, etc. (Server, Storage), including Windows Server or Linux operating systems for efficient use. as designed
- Install and configure Virtualize product (VMWARE, Microsoft Hyper-V, etc..)
- Install and configure Enterprise Storage System (NAS, SAN, iSCSI, etc..)
- Install and configure Backup software. (Veeam ,Backup Exec)
- Install and configure Microsoft infrastructure products (MS Windows Server, AD, DNS, WINS, Cluster, File server, Exchange servers, Hyper-V).
- Install and maintain Virtualize Machines on Global Cloud and Local Cloud.
- Provide after-sales service to customers, such as solving hardware, OS and software problems.
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
- Graduated with a bachelor's degree or higher in Computing Engineering, Computer Science and has a Major in Computer Engineering.
- Work experience 0-2 years
- Able to work as a team , with good service mind
- Have knowledge and interest in hardware and understand how computer systems work.
- Know the concepts of cloud, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), computer technologies, OS (Windows, Linux), Networking
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP
- Have a good attitude and personality
- Always like learning and doing new things.
- Able to plan work and solve problems in sequence.
- Have good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience with cloud (Azure, AWS), virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware, etc.) is a plus.
- If there are cloud, virtualization certificates will receive special consideration
