Job description
1.กำหนดขั้นตอนและแนวทางการปฏิบัติงานด้านการบริหารความเสี่ยงให้ครอบคลุมทุกหน่วยงาน
2. ประเมินและวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงด้านการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ และแนวทางปฏิบัติของบริษัท
3. พัฒนากระบวนการและมาตรการเพื่อป้องกันและลดความเสี่ยงด้านการฉ้อโกงและการทุจริต
4. เสนอแนะแนวทางในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานเพื่อลดความเสี่ยงและเพิ่มประสิทิิภาพ
5. จัดทำารายงานสถานะความเสี่ยงขององค์กรเป็นระยะ นำเสนอต่อผู้บริหารและคณะกรรมการ SCOM
Qualifications
- เพศชาย - หญิง อายุ 25ปี ขึ้นไป
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การเงิน การบัญชี เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารความเสี่ยงอย่างน้อย [2] ปี โดยมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจประกันภัย หรือธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ CRM จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในหลักการและกระบวนการบริหารความเสี่ยง การควบคุมภายใน และการตรวจสอบ
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประเมินความเสี่ยง และแก้ไขปัญหา
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการนำเสนอที่ดี สามารถสื่อสารกับผู้บริหารและหน่วยงานต่างๆ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
