Job description
bTaskee connects users with skilled service providers (Taskers).
We’re hiring a Pertner Operations Officer to recruit, train, and support Taskers (Our Partner), ensuring top-quality service delivery.
Recruit and onboard qualified Taskers, including training and document verification.
Conduct training on service standards, platform usage, and customer service.
Monitor Tasker performance and address service issues.
Build strong relationships with Taskers and maintain engagement
Working Hour Mon - Fri 09.00 - 18.00 (Able to work on some Saturday)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-2+ years of experience in partner/vendor management or training roles
Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken) preferably
Understanding of local home service industry standards
Strong skills in Excel, communication, and public speaking.
