Job description
bTaskee is a platform connecting users with skilled service providers (Taskers). We’re seeking a Community Engagement Officer to build strong connections with Taskers and local stakeholders, fostering a vibrant, engaged community.
- Develop and manage community engagement strategies.
- Oversee online communities on LINE, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Organize community events and recognition programs.
- Create Thai and English content for announcements and campaigns.
- Analyze feedback to improve community programs and satisfaction.
- Design reward and mentorship programs for Taskers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, or Marketing.
- 2-5 years of experience in community management or PR.
- Fluent in Thai and English. (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of Thai social media landscape.
