Job description

  • Responsibilities of a Ticket Seller at 360ART Center:
  •   1. Ticket sales: - Sales of tickets for exhibitions and events at the center, including Mystic Universe. - Consulting visitors on various ticket categories, prices, special offers and discounts. - Processing online orders and reserving tickets through sales systems. -Check tickets and handle registration, confirmation, and attendance records
  •   2. Financial reporting: - Conducting cash transactions, accepting cash and non-cash payments (bank cards, e-wallets). - Monitoring the cash balance at the cash desk and daily preparation of cash reports. - Ensuring accurate accounting of all tickets sold and proceeds according to various price categories.  
  • 3. Working with visitors: - Polite service to visitors, providing information about current and future events at the center. - Answering visitors' questions, resolving conflict situations and assisting in processing refunds or exchanging tickets. - Ensuring a high level of customer service. - Informing each visitor about the services and activities of the center.
  •   4. Maintaining a CRM database and communicating with clients: - Maintaining and supporting a CRM system for effective communication with clients. - Updating client contact information and visit history. - Sending notifications about events, promotions and personalized offers via CRM. - Providing information about new events, promotions and special offers for regular visitors.  
  • 5. Administrative support: - Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace and in the ticket area. - Interacting with the center team on booking, accreditation and other organizational tasks. - Participating in resolving issues of technical operation of the cash system and informing the administration in case of technical problems.
  •   7. Compliance with safety rules: - Compliance with all financial and operational procedures established by the center. - Monitoring the safety of tickets, funds and documentation related to cash transactions.
  •   8. Database management: - Updating and maintaining the database of ticket sales and customers. - Maintaining and recording information on bookings and visitors for reporting and analysis.          

Qualifications

  • Required qualifications for the specialist:   Minimum qualifications:
  • 1. Experience in a similar position (cashier, ticket sales operator) for at least 1 year is preferred.
  • 2. Ability to work with cash registers and sales accounting systems (POS systems).
  • 3. Basic computer skills, including ticketing software and office applications (e.g., Excel, Word).
  • 4. **Fluent English and Thai** are mandatory at a level sufficient for client communication and documentation.
  • 5. Politeness, customer orientation, and the ability to resolve conflict situations.
  • 6. Ability to handle cash and non-cash payments, and comply with financial reporting requirements.  
  • Ideal qualifications:
  • 1. Experience working in cultural or exhibition centers.
  • 2. Knowledge of CRM systems for managing customer databases and communication with regular visitors.
  • 3. Experience working with international visitors.
  • 4. Ability to work in a multitasking environment and efficiently manage time.
  • 5. Experience with online ticket sales and reservation systems.
  • 6. Strong communication and sales skills to promote special offers and discounts.
