Job description
- Accessories product development, project management, business profitability management including part and installation quality assurance and service part preparation.
- Manage accessory development projects to ensure alignment with vehicle project milestone schedules.
- Accessory business case study and management prior to development to maximize profitability and business efficiency.
- Design and develop new accessory products that align with vehicle concepts and technical specifications.
- Perform engineering evaluations and manage carry-over accessory products from other Nissan National Sales Companies (NSCs).
- Ensure the quality of accessory products and their installation, including the preparation of installation manuals and inspection check sheets.
- Monitor the overall accessory development process, including part preparation, installation, and quality assurance, to support project milestones and marketing or motor events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a major in Electrical Engineering is considered an advantage.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the automotive industry or related fields.
- Prior experience in the automotive sector, particularly in Conversions and Accessories, is highly desirabl'
- Strong technical knowledge in automotive engineering, with hands-on experience using various software systems; proficiency in CAD, AutoCAD, and NX is a strong advanta
- Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and current trends in the accessories market.
- High level of analytical ability, capable of solving complex problems effectively.
- Passionate about vehicle customization and decoration, with a clear vision and understanding of customer behavior and market trends, able to apply into innovative for new product development.
- Excellent project management skills and analytical skills.
- Working under pressure and meeting target due date.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
