As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for implementing and communicating Skechers' brand visual concepts across retail stores, ensuring alignment with the brand image. You’ll plan and execute in-store visual displays that captivate shoppers, drive traffic, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement key visuals in store layouts, interiors, and window displays to align with global brand standards.

• Create eye-catching and compelling visual displays that engage customers and convert foot traffic into sales.

• Ensure all visual merchandising strategies reflect the brand image while understanding local market trends and customer behavior.

• Collaborate closely with regional and corporate teams as well as external vendors to ensure accurate and consistent execution of visual direction.

• Regularly visit stores to monitor compliance with visual standards and provide feedback to improve presentation and performance.

• Manage visual merchandising budgets, reporting, and execution of related administrative tasks.

• Support marketing campaigns through the development and sourcing of POP materials and in-store visuals for seasonal promotions.
