Job description
- Working closely with Head Of Marketing & HQ Marketing team to maintain best practices across channels
- Consistently develop engaging multimedia content and campaign extension ideas
- Collaborating with Marketing and KOL team to develop organic content for FB/IG/YT/TikTok
- Collaborating with SEO team to optimize organic channels and develop targeted content
- Collaborating with Sales team to develop engaging CRM messaging to improve funnel conversions
- Developing digital PR initiatives to help drive awareness and direct traffic
- Oversee and plan content calendars across different platforms using scheduling tools
- Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
- Unlocking insights on content performance and optimizing social content to drive impact
- Constantly keep an eye on and analyses competitor activity
Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor degree in any major
- Have 2-3 year experience in marketing and / or community management and/or customer service
- Have a solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms
- Hold strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform
- Understanding of social algorithms and search engine optimization
- Strong communication and people skills for articulating ideas to colleagues
- Excellent team working, collaboration and project management skills
- Organizational skills, with the capacity to priorities and work across multiple projects
- Ability to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines
- An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Experience with Meltwater & Sales Force (preferred)
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Fluent in Thai, Good English in oral and written (preferred)
