Job description
- ดูแล trendmicro การอัพเดทต่างๆ การตั้งค่า Config บน OSCE
- Server
- แก้ไขปัญหา Server trendmicro Down เช่น disk full system Os
- เสียปัญหา Virus C&C callback
- ติดตั้ง Trendmicro ให้กับ Client และดูแลเรื่อง Virus ให้ Clean ตลอด
- ดูแล Link download ของ trendmicro และ Ivanti ให้พร้อมใช้งาน
- ดูแล Ivanti patch management ติดตั้งแพท ms17-010 และอื่นๆ
- ติดตั้ง Ivanti ให้กลับเครื่อง Client
- รับโทรศัพท์เมื่อ User ติดปัญญา เช่น เครื่องติดไวรัส อัพเดท
- Trendmicro ไม่ได้หรือเวอร์ชั่น trendmicro เก่า และอื่นๆ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาคอมพิวเตอร์,โทรคมนาคม, อิเล็กทรอนิค, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรืออื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- อายุ 22-30ปี
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานที่siteลูกค้าได้
- มีประสบการณ์ประมาณ1-2ปี
- ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ในการลงServer / Config อุปกรณ์ ต่างๆจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
