Job description
- In this position you will assist the Director of Spa and Recretion in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the Spa. Your main responsibilities will be to ensure that our guest are fully satisfied with their spa experience, and that all spa team members enjoy a good working environment. Additionally you will oversee the accounting processes, inventory, retail, and special promotions, as well as respond to guest feedback.
Qualifications
- Education Bachelor's Degree
- Holder the Spa Certified or Spa License
- Minimum 2-3 years in Spa Management experience
- Knowledge in Spa, Wellness, Wellness Activity, Promotion, Spa Wellness to upselling.
- Have a positive attitude toward challenges, creatives and the drive to the team.
- Have excellent communication skills in written and spoken english
- Posses profesional dipostion with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
