Job description
- Find new sales partners to generate sales for the company.
- Negotiate compensation, promotions, free gifts to generate sales for the company.
- Take care of the relationship between the company and partners to be smooth for the best trade benefits.
- Coordinate and take care of related tasks both within the team and outside the company, such as product forecasting.
- Look for new sales channels for the company to grow sales.
- Oversee the company's affiliated brand sales channels in a consignment manner.
Qualifications
- No gender limit, no age limit, bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- At least 2 years of work experience in Marketing, Key Account, Online Sale
- Experience working in E-Commerce, Cosmetics will be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel)
- have sales skills negotiation influence and communication at a very good level
- Have flexible and adaptable skills in the fast-moving digital/e-commerce environment.
- Able to solve specific problems well and works well under pressure
- Able to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams for successful performance
