Job description
- Structure and designs regular employee engagement communication to employees by creating multimedia / artwork and quality messages to help promote a positive organizational culture
- Conduct ongoing and thorough analysis of organizational engagement survey towards action plan to boost up employees happiness level and productivities
- Provide professional and strategic consultancy and advisory of HR functions to staffs and management on each business units, as well as providing engagement performance and improvement guidance to management
- Manage the coordination and collaboration in all HR functions for the staffs and management line in business units to support the operation of the organization together with managing a relationship improvement within the organization
- Connect with external parties/intuition or government and update the event/symposium/seminar to support HR functions related
- Promote a positive organizational culture and will be primarily responsible for the creation and execution of internal employee engagement and communication campaigns
- Maintain the employee engagement programs/activities and initiatives throughout branding perspective on social media channel that support organizational goals and culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or related field
- At least 1-3 years’ direct experiences in Employee Engagement / communications role such as internal communications / corporate communications or branding.
- Proactive, Hands-on working style with high competencies in analytical, conceptual thinking
- Multitasking skills and ability to perform under pressure
- Good computer skills in Microsoft office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Photoshop)
- Good command in English skills both written and speaking
