Job description
- Performing statistical analysis and data modeling.
- Identifying patterns, trends, and relationships in data.
- Using data visualization techniques to present findings.
- Interpreting complex data sets and drawing meaningful conclusions.
- Reporting and Communication:
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with researchers and other team members to ensure effective data use.
- Providing technical support and guidance on data analysis techniques.
- Working closely with management team
- Collaborate with departments (e.g., Marketing, Risk management, Finance and Accounting) to understand data requirements and deliver insights or improve their workflow process.
- Assist in automating data collection processes and improving data accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor measurement or key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations to improve brokerage operations.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Data Analysis Software: Proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools
- Data Management: Knowledge of data management principles and practices.
- Outstanding education GPA 3.00 (statistic or relate filed.
- Experience in data analytics, or data strategy roles.
- Minimum 2 years in working directly with management level.
- SQL, Presentation Tools
