Job description

  • Performing statistical analysis and data modeling.
  • Identifying patterns, trends, and relationships in data.
  • Using data visualization techniques to present findings.
  • Interpreting complex data sets and drawing meaningful conclusions.
  • Reporting and Communication:
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with researchers and other team members to ensure effective data use.
  • Providing technical support and guidance on data analysis techniques.
  • Working closely with management team
  • Collaborate with departments (e.g., Marketing, Risk management, Finance and Accounting) to understand data requirements and deliver insights or improve their workflow process.
  • Assist in automating data collection processes and improving data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor measurement or key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations to improve brokerage operations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Data Analysis Software: Proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools
  • Data Management: Knowledge of data management principles and practices.
  • Outstanding education GPA 3.00 (statistic or relate filed.
  • Experience in data analytics, or data strategy roles.
  • Minimum 2 years in working directly with management level.
  • SQL, Presentation Tools
