Job description
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles for enterprise IT solutions, from prospecting to closure
• Identify and target mid-sized Thai enterprises across priority industries (e.g., BFSI, manufacturing, logistics, public sector)
• Engage with CXOs, IT heads, and digital leaders to understand business pain points and position relevant solutions
• Collaborate with solution architects, pre-sales, and delivery teams to create tailored proposals and presentations
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and regularly update forecasts and reporting
• Represent Nemera in local networking events, seminars, and partner meets to build brand visibility
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT solution sales or business development
- Proven exposure to one or more of the following: AI agents/automation, Low Code/No Code platforms (e.g., PowerApps, Mendix, OutSystems), or Cybersecurity solutions
- Strong client engagement and consultative sales skills
- Basic technical understanding of how digital solutions work and deliver business value
- Self-driven, resourceful, and results-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Thai and proficient in English (spoken & written)
- Thai nationality or valid work authorization in Thailand
