Job description
- แก้ไขปัญหาคอมพิวเตอร์ตามที่ได้รับแจ้ง
- บำรุงรักษาเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องให้สามารถใช้งานได้ปกติอยู่เสมอ
- แก้ไขปัญหาระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ทั่วไปทั้งภายในสำนักงานและสาขา
- ให้คำแนะนำการใช้งานระบบคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับผู้ใช้งานทั่วไป
- ประสานงานการซ่อมอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์และอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริษัทภายนอก
- ทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์
- สามารถเข้ากะได้ 3 ช่วงเวลา
Qualifications
- อายุ 22 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษา ป.ตรี สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถแก้ไขปัญหา Application พื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Office , Microsoft windows ทุกเวอร์ชั่นได้
- รักงานบริการ มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน IT Support 1 ปีขึ้นไป
