Job description
1. Handle Import/Export Shipping documents (invoices,packing lists,BL,AWB,FORM FTA, etc.)
2.Working with customers and forwarders to arrange the Import/Export shipment.
3.Monitoring of the shipments to ensure compliance with regulations.
4.Follow up plan and coordinate shipment delivery schedule.
5.To apply for the licenses such as TISI,FDA,DOF, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain and Business Management or a related field.
- 1-2 years of working experience in Import and Export operation.
- Having a broad knowledge in INCOTERM,shipping and customer clearance process.
- Good working attitude,good operational and communications skill.
- Able to operate MS Office
