Job description
Lead and motivate the business team to complete the monthly, quarterly and annual new orders and renewal performance targets.
According to the local market and customer needs, formulate and optimize sales and service related SOPs and sales techniques.
Responsible for team management and training, formulate the team's training direction, Active, positive, optimistic, positive thinking, result-oriented thinking mode, good logical thinking ability, adaptability and anti-stress ability.
Improve user satisfaction and expand customer resources, improve and achieve the monthly referral sales target of the team.
Participate in regular meetings and trainings, complete sales reports and other work.
Inter-departmental communication and coordination to optimize operation mode and efficiency.
Cooperate with HR department to recruit team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above.
More than 5 years of experience in the education industry or Internet telemarketing/customer service management, with a team of more than 10 people.
Strong personal sales ability and be able to achieve and exceed personal sales goals.
Active, positive, optimistic, positive thinking, result-oriented thinking mode, good logical thinking ability, adaptability and anti-stress ability.
Good communication and management skills can motivate team members to achieve their goals.
Be sensitive to business data and have the ability to analyze market development.
