Job description
- ให้คำปรึกษาและแก้ไขปัญหาด้านเทคนิคแก่ลูกค้า
- สนับสนุนพนักงานขายด้านเทคนิค
- จัดทำ ROI ให้กับลูกค้า
- พิมพ์แบบจำลองทดสอบสำหรับลูกค้า
- รับผิดชอบกรณีการสนับสนุนแบบเปิดและติดตามชิ้นส่วนการเรียกร้องกับผู้ขาย
- จัดการฝึกอบรมด้านเทคนิคให้กับลูกค้า/คู่ค้า
- เขียนและรวบรวม TOR
- เขียน/แปลเนื้อหาทางเทคนิค
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศ : ชาย, หญิง อายุระหว่าง 22-35 ปี
- ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 0 – 5
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรี คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ ทุกสาขาวิชา หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีใจรักในการเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ โดยเฉพาะการผลิตแบบเติมแต่ง (การพิมพ์ 3 มิติ)
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและนำเสนอที่ดี
- มีทักษะการประสานงานที่ดีเยี่ยม
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดีและสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
- มีความสามารถในการเรียนรู้ไว
- มีใจรักงานบริการ และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีทักษะในการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน
- สามารถชื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (หากมีคะแนนทดสอบภาษาอังกฤษจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
