Job description
- Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
- Recruiting team and report on its performance
- Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
- Research and choose job advertising options
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
- Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
- Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
- Participate in job fairs and career events
- Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
Qualifications
- Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 30 - 35
- Must hold a bachelor or master degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years working in Human Resources preferably 5 years’ experience as a Recruitment.
- Great service mind and good team player
- Ability to work on multi-task and highly self-motivated
- Strong recruitment search tools skills within: LinkedIn, Job Boards, Boolean Search Strings, Facebook, Twitter etc.
- Skill Microsoft office Level Excellence.
