Local Sourcing & Thai Regulatory Affairs Officer

1. TISI Licensing : Check E-Scope for new products, ensure that all products comply with local regulatory requirements and standards in Thailand. - Prepare and submit applications for TISI licenses for relevant products. - Ensure compliance with TISI standards for product safety, quality, and labeling. - Coordinate with internal teams to gather and verify necessary documentation for TISI submissions. - Track the status of TISI applications and maintain communication with TISI officials.

2. FDA Registration and Product Approval (Contact to agency) - Prepare and submit regulatory dossiers for product registrations, renewals, and variations with the agency - Track the status of regulatory submissions and follow up with the Thai FDA as needed.

3. Liaison with Regulatory Authorities : Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and Thai regulatory bodies, including the Thai FDA and TISI. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all regulatory submissions, approvals, and communications. - Provide updates on regulatory status and developments (if any)

4. Other Licenses (If Any) - Identify and process any additional regulatory licenses required.

5.Local Sourcing & Purchasing - Local sourcing & Process Purchase Orders (PO) - per request only

6.Billing collects - Collect the billing for DHL/SF submit to accounting team
