Job description
- Meet the assigned project's objectives and deliver an outstanding outcome with hands-on experience
- Ensuring CEO’s important tasks move along timelines and supporting key deadlines and projects
- Researching, preparing and processing confidential documents, presentations, and others assigned by CEO or delegated signatory
- Taking care of management’s schedule / meetings / appointments. Preparing related documents for meeting, taking minutes for both internal and external meetings
- Handling incoming and outgoing documents, emails for management
- Coordinate with external and internal parties
- Organizing the Executive’s personal commitments in a fully trustful and professional manner
- Perform other duties or ad-hoc duties as being assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in related field
- Experience as a management trainee is a plus
- Good leadership, adaptability to change, problem solving skill, and analytical skills
- Good in computer skills especially MS office applications (MS Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Excellent command of English both professional and conversational
- Good coordinator with strong organizing interpersonal and communication skill
- Able to handle multitasking and able to deal with complex meeting
- Able to work with stakeholders, clients and suppliers and representing the company, employees, and partners best interests at events, forums, and negotiations
- Reliable and Honest under all circumstances is a must
