Job description
Oversee logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient transportation of goods while delivering professional customer service.
Coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines, trucking companies, and other relevant parties.
Handle transportation documents, ensuring accuracy, proper circulation, and timely submission.
Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to customers.
Review and summarize transportation costs, and liaise with both customers and suppliers accordingly.
Resolve transportation issues such as delays or damages effectively and promptly.
Qualifications
Thai nationality with Chinese language communication skills.
Experience in import-export and transportation by sea, air, and land, with knowledge of shipping and related documentation.
Strong communication skills.
High sense of responsibility.
