Job description
จัดการงานบัญชีประจำวัน: บัญชีเจ้าหนี้ (AP), ลูกหนี้ (AR), สมุดบัญชีแยกประเภท (GL) และการเงินสด
จัดทำและบันทึกเอกสารทางบัญชี/การเงินให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน
กระทบยอดบัญชีธนาคาร บัญชีเงินสดย่อย และบัญชีอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
จัดทำการจ่ายเงิน, การเบิกพนักงาน, บันทึกค่าใช้จ่าย
ดูแลและยื่นภาษีตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง (ภงด.3, 53, 54, 50, 51, ภพ.30, ภพ.36, ประกันสังคม ฯลฯ)
ประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชี หน่วยงานราชการ และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
สนับสนุนการปิดงบการเงินสิ้นเดือน/สิ้นปี
จัดทำรายงานทางการเงินและรายงานเพื่อการบริหาร
ดูแลและจัดเก็บเอกสารบัญชีและการเงินอย่างเป็นระบบ
ให้คำแนะนำด้านบัญชีเบื้องต้นแก่หน่วยงานภายใน
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสบการณ์งานบัญชี 3–5 ปี
มีความรู้ด้านมาตรฐานการบัญชีและกฎหมายภาษีไทย
ใช้ Microsoft Excel ได้ดี (หากใช้ โปรแกรม PEAK ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
ละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบสูง สามารถทำงานตามกำหนดเวลา
มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการทำงานเป็นทีม
หากมีใบอนุญาตผู้สอบบัญชี (CPA) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
