Job description
- Formulate the development schedule of vehicle products, prepare the implementation plan of each stage of the project and manage the project progress to ensure the project will be launch on time.
- Integrate the vehicle usage demand from related departments and coordinate the vehicle resources to be available as per schedule.
- Participate in the commodity planning for all models, provide the feasibility analysis and implementation plan, formulate the suggestion from markets feedback for improvement and implementation plan.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth mass production of import & development projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in automotive design and development and/or project management.
- Strong understanding of the automotive product development process, manufacturing process, and project management methodologies.
- Good knowledge of vehicle components, functions, features, powertrain systems, and new energy technology development processes.
- Familiarity with vehicle performance testing and validation procedures.
- Knowledge of automotive regulations and certification processes.
- Good communication skills in English, proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
